The future of the Group implies potentiating image as a leading company which anticipated trends by betting on the constant innovation of commercial formulas and the offer related to free time applied in big complexes, as in the case of Thematic Commercial Parks .

The socio-economic transformation of the traditional districs and the creation of new residential nuclei represent another field open to creative initiatives, as those applied through Cercatiendas.

The consolidation of assets is the consequence of a good diversification. GMR invest, with excellent results, both in residential or commercial real estate and in state of the art businesses related to the leisure and entertainment sector.

The creation of new markets is one of the aspects on which the company is concentrating its efforts. Perspectives in Latin America can not be better, with studies and projects at different levels of execution in:

The first incursion of the Group, five years ago, into the latin american market is now strongly decided to grow.

Viability studies for projects such as Ciudad Costa Verde and Cuatro Caminos in Lima (Peru) , or La Hoyada in Caracas (Venezuela) have yielded results.

GMR has realised its first project the Commercial Centre Centrosur in Maracaibo (Venezuela). In this project GMR applies the formulas succesful in Spain, creating an Integrated Centre, with commercial and entertainment activities and an influence area of almost 900.000 people.

Another objective which has already been reached is the implementation in Venezuela, together with the brand Meta, of the first chain of hypermarkets using a European concept. The first establishments has begun to function in Maracaibo.
